General Data Protection RegulationsCAMRA is a registered data controller and abides by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). One of the principles of GDPR is accountability. We must be accountable, clear and responsible, how we will use personal data at the point of collection and ensure that we maintain processes that ensure this confidentiality when dealing with personal data. You as a user - When logging on to Pubzilla, we collect your name, email and membership number to allow access to manage the system. We collect this information under legitimate interest and the information is kept whilst membership exists. Pub Data - Email addresses for pubs are added to the system. Please ensure that no personal email addresses are used on the system. Business email address, positions etc. Just not personal email that names an individual. For full details on this and social media references, see this guidance. Scorers – As part of the scoring process members will add scores and you will be able to see their personal details. This information is confidential. It may be a requirement to contact someone directly in relation to their scores which is permissible by legitimate interest. However, sharing scores outside of those that have permission to access the data or identifying people who are scoring publicly should not occur. |
